(filtering impurities), mining (classifying minerals), printing
(screen printing), and food processing (dewatering), it offers long

Introduction of belt details:
Polyester press filter screen belt are characterized by high
abrasion resistance and very good dimensional stability under
machine load. The fabrics have a special construction so that the
pressed liquid can drain and at the same time the filter cake is
not pushed through the fabric. Individual fabrics differ in the
speed of drainage, the size of the holes in the fabric, the
smoothness of the surface for easy separation of the filter cake,
the resistance to abrasion, etc.
PFM screen conveyor belts are also used for further drying
applications, such as drying of sewage sludge, nonwoven fabrics,
wood shavings and food.
According to the weaving, polyester dryer fabric can be divided
into 3-shed, 4-shed. According to the category, it can be divided
into one and a half layer, double layer and rectangular wire
fabric. According to the joining mode, it can be divided into
insert, pin, pin ring and spiral ring join.
3-shed one layer and a half are suitable for drying papers below
70g.
4-shed double layer fabric is suitable for drying papers above 70g.
Rectangular wire dryer fabric is suitable for the fore several
heating box of the drying zone, quality papers can use all.

higher permeability, generally used in the latter part of the paper
machine dryer, the production of paper more than 70 grams
4106-2/18688/16904 generally used for multi-cylinder paper machine,
