Introduction of Polyester Dryer Screen
22504 is mostly used in multi-cylinder papermaking machines. Due to
its high air permeability, it is generally used in the second half
of the drying cylinder of the papermaking machine. The paper
produced is generally more than 70g.
Features of Polyester Dryer Screen
Our woven dryer fabric materials have excellent resistance to
hydrolysis in wet conditions and resistance to degradation in dry
heat conditions, achieving optimal economic life.
We use different yarn structures and shapes to control air
permeability and other characteristics such as contact area,
abrasion resistance, stability and cleanliness.
Rectangular or flat monofilament yarns are used as machine and
transverse yarns to improve runnability, paper handling and wear
potential for high-speed machines.
Special material dryer fabrics have characteristics such as high
temperature resistance, abrasion resistance and aging resistance.
PPS (phenylene sulfide) material can be selected to reinforce the
edges for operation in harsh conditions.

The edge of the dryer net is constantly impacted by the correction
feeler. If the edge of the dryer net is poorly woven or hydrolyzed,
it is easy to have the problem of edge yarn falling. It is
necessary to check it every time the machine stops;
Many times, production personnel will think that dryers of the same
or similar length can be interchanged at will. It should be noted
here that when selecting the dryer net, the manufacturer has
already made a certain match on the dryer net design. The dryer net
in the high evaporation section often has a certain resistance to
hydrolysis. Therefore, unless there is a shortage of spare parts,
it is not recommended to change the position of the dryer net at
will.
