Common dryer fabrics are categorized into five types: single-layer, double-layer, one-and-a-half-layer, double-warp, and spiral dryer fabrics.

The single-layer dryer fabric features a smooth, fine surface, low air permeability, and thinness, making it easy to clean. It is often used in single-tier paper machines. However, when the pulp contains high levels of stickies (e.g., poorly treated DIP pulp), standard single-layer fabrics may face issues with excessive stickies adhering to the fabric.

Applications of Polyester Dryer Screen

24503/22503 is suitable for multi-cylinder papermaking machines, used for the first three groups of drying cylinders, and produces paper below 70 grams.

24504/22504/20654/4106 is used for multi-cylinder papermaking machines. Due to its high air permeability, it is generally used in the back half of the papermaking machine drying cylinder to produce paper above 70 grams.

4106-2/18688/16904 flat wire dryer net is generally used for multi-cylinder papermaking machines, paper drying in the first three groups, and high-grade paper.
